With over two decades in the beauty industry across both B2B and DTC, Alyse Zunino has built her career at the intersection of innovation, commercialization, and revenue growth. She's worked with over 100 brands, managed multi-million-dollar portfolios, and held executive leadership roles within the beauty space.
Her background spans marketing, product development, manufacturing, and innovation; giving her a 360-degree view of how brands are built, scaled, and brought to market. Her perspective has been shaped not just by roles, but by the people she’s worked alongside. The great ones. The challenging ones. The moments that worked and the ones that didn’t. Every part of that journey sharpened her instincts and shaped how she approaches growth today; with clarity, intention, integrity and a strong sense of what actually works and the why.
